Individual Artist Entry Form

    The deadline for receiving application forms, images and payment is 15 January 2027

    ENTRY FEES:

    NB. At the end of the form you will be asked for payment by BACS. Please have your bank details to hand. (Due to increased bank charges there is no longer an option to pay by cheque).

    • Individual artist: £160 (This will give you a listing + image in the brochure / website)

    • 2 - 4 artists sharing a venue: £145 per artist (Gives each artist a listing + image)

    • 5 or more artists sharing a venue: £135 per artist (Gives each artist a listing + image)

    IMPORTANT – The information above will be stored securely and never shared without your prior permission.

    IMPORTANT – The following information is what will be shown to the public as your listing in the brochure and on the website. (Example Listing for Individual Artist). Please fill in the information as you would like it to be seen. The information provided and images submitted may be used for publicity purposes.

    We encourage all venues to be open from 10.30am- 5.30pm daily from 3 – 11 May inclusive, and to find someone to steward for times they cannot be in attendance. Please state here any variations to opening times / days:
